Join Yoga instructor Erica Metzner for an hour of yoga flow. Bring an awareness to your breath with a sequence of poses designed to work your body and quiet your mind. Come prepared to sweat a little and leave feeling relaxed by the sounds of nature. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Bring a mat if you have one. All ages. $12 for WVBG Members, $15 non-members.
