Yoga and nature are harmonious guides that lead us to restoration, connection, humility, and vibrant wellbeing. This quiet and peaceful Greek Island is an ideal place to hike, swim and immerse yourself in nature.
In this immersive experience we ’ll explore ways of using our bodies, breath, mind, and senses to harness energy. We’ll connect deeply with each other, ourselves, the earth and the sea. The retreat center is conveniently located near the bay and within walking distance of sandy beaches and close to inland hiking trails.
Every room has simple, elegant decor and boasts views of the sea. Healthy, gourmet meals that incorporate fresh organic produce from their garden are included. They offer full services, from spa to gym to pool. Come and enjoy an authentic Greek experience!
