Yoga for Complete Wellbeing is a six week series designed to help you begin or deepen your yoga practice. Committing to a series builds in accountability and allows for progressive teachings that build upon each other. My approach focuses on cultivating a strong body, a quiet mind, and an open heart. Each class includes a brief link to yoga philosophy, meditation, breath work, active and restorative poses and relaxation.
