Yoga for Complete Wellbeing Online OR In Person Wednesday AM
NEW: In accordance with West Virginia COVID guidelines, my home studio will open for small group classes on June 1(4 people). The option to participate via ZOOM at the same time continues.
To keep everyone safe, please bring your own mat and wear a mask while entering the studio. Once practice begins, masks may be removed. The facility and equipment will be cleaned with an alcohol based sanitizer before and after each class.
In person classes are $15, with one free class for every 4 consecutive purchases. ZOOM classes are $8.
Yoga for complete wellbeing is designed to help you cultivate a strong body, calm mind, and a sense of peace. Clear instruction makes it easy for all levels to follow and refine their practice. Each class includes a brief meditation, breath work, active and restorative poses and relaxation. Dive a bit deeper into your yoga practice and find yourself in a supportive community of others doing the same.
Classes are offered Mondays 5:30 PM & Wednesday 8:30 AM Come to class as it fits your schedule, but be sure to register at least 1 hour ahead of class time.
Classes are FREE for those who need financial accommodations or anyone curious and wanting to try a first class.
