Yoga for Wellbeing Online OR In Person Wednesdays 8:30 AM & Thursdays 6:00 PM
NEW: Yoga for Wellbeing Winter 2022
This season we’ll be integrating the teaching of the Niyamas into our hatha yoga practice. The Niyamas are the second limb of yoga, which teach us about our natural capacity to evolve towards harmony. The first Niyama, Saucha, says that through simplicity and continual refinement, the body, thoughts, and emotions become clear reflections of the Self within. We’ll start here, bringing awareness of the body, emotions, mind, and breath into each class.
Due to the spike in omicron, in person classes will not begin until February .
To help keep everyone safe, we require COVID vaccinations when we do hold in person classes. We continually adhere to West Virginia and CDC COVID guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and the studio. Zoom classes begin January 12th and will continue to be offered even as in person classes resume.
Classes are offered Wednesday 8:30 AM & Thursdays at 6:00 PM. Come to class as it fits your schedule, but be sure to register at least 1 hour ahead of class time.
Classes are FREE for those who need financial accommodations or anyone curious and wanting to try a first class.
