Most of my professional career as an aquatic biologist I have been involved in the commercial production of fish (trout, catfish, talipia, sea bream, red fish, ornamentals) shrimp (Pacific white shrimp) and plants (lettuce, tomotoes, bok choy) for human consumption. My academic career of 11 years was with WVU working in aquaculture for the Extension Service and teaching undergraduates and graduate students. Since 2011 I have worked for Potesta & Associates on the environmental side (versus engineering) and also providing business development leads.
