The West Virginia Apartment Association (WVAA) is your voice for the rental housing industry in West Virginia and monitors all proposed legislation at the local, state, and federal levels that affects, directly or indirectly, the rental housing industry within the state of West Virginia.

WVAA serves as a liaison for the legislative programs conducted by WVAA and the National Apartment Association, as well as maintaining its own Political Action Committee which contributes to local, county, state, and federal level candidates that represent and advocate for the rental housing industry.
