Main Street Morgantown would like to announce that the fifth Arts Walk of the year will be held on Saturday, August 13th, from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. in downtown Morgantown.
Art is everywhere in our beautiful city. Arts Walk is an event hosted by Main Street Morgantown that features local artists on the second Saturday of each month from April-October. It takes place in downtown Morgantown with the majority of artists set up on High Street. Artists come down to showcase and sell their art and the event brings in hundreds to thousands of guests from all across the city and state.
Arts Walk gives us a chance to show everyone the many different sides of Morgantown’s art scene. We like to think of this event as a creative community street party. This event brings together the community for a day filled with art, music, and food. The streets are packed with friends and family.
August Arts Walk 2022 will feature over 60 artists. To stay updated on which artists will be featured and their location, follow @mainstreetmorgantown on Facebook and Instagram.
Main Street Morgantown would like to thank the City of Morgantown, Monongalia County Commission, Morgantown Parking Authority, and West Virginia University for making events like this possible throughout the year.
