Description
A fully connected focus is a complete, positive connection with an experience, learning opportunity, performance, action or interaction. The type of focus we have affects everything we do, experience and accomplish in life. Unfortunately, many of us have not had the opportunity to learn to focus in positive and connected ways, leading to difficulties in learning, performing, and interacting with others. In this workshop led by Mental Performance Coach Maria-Jose Ramirez, PhD, you will learn how you can focus more efficiently every day. $15 for members, $25 for non-members.
