Description
This is the first of our Beyond the Cup Series which highlights that tea is not just for drinking.
Chef Shane Zollner will demo the preparation of a 4 course meal where each course will use tea as an ingredient. As Chef Zollner demonstrates each course, each participant will be served that course.
First Course - Tea Poached Shrimp Spring Rolls
Second Course - Citrus & Feta Salad with a Tea Vinaigrette
Entree - Sweet and Smoky BBQ Glazed Salmon (or Chicken) with Shredded Brussel Sprouts
Desserts - An assortment of bite-sized sweets infused with tea
Beverages - A variety of tea beverages will be served.
