Spring Arts Walk at Old Stone House with Tobias author Cookie Schultz

Join us at the Old Stone House Gift Shop (313 Chestnut St. in downtown Morgantown, WV) for the SPRING ARTS WALK on April 10th from 11am-3pm with educator and Service League Historian Mary Louise "Cookie" Schultz, author of the Tobias the Mouse children's books. Her recently released final book in the series, "Tobias: Tales from the Past at the Old Stone House" ($14.95) chronicles the history of Morgantown and the Old Stone House while interweaving the fictional lives of Tobias' ancestors from 1795 through the late 19-th century. Schultz's "Tobias' Activity & Workbook for Young Learners" ($12.95) also offers interactive exercises (map of 1809 Morgan's Town for walking tour, word searches, art & cooking lessons & more) aimed at bringing the frontier and colonial experience from the Tobias series alive.
