In an effort to increase aid to the smallest businesses, the Biden-Harris Administration and the U.S. Small Business Administration took recent steps to update the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), including expansions to eligibility.
To help you navigate the changes, Mark Mangano, Counsel (Jackson Kelly PLLC), will provide an overview of the PPP, highlight significant changes in 2021, address proposed amendments to the program, and suggest steps business owners and nonprofits can take to take advantage of the PPP.
