As the Executive Director, Howes is responsible for the administrative oversight, programs, strategic planning, fundraising marketing, and community outreach for the Mylan Park Foundation. 
Howes joined the staff in October 2020 after having spent over 30 years as a senior level executive in intercollegiate athletics. 

I am a technology specialist focusing on helping clients to increase productivity while reducing or eliminating unnecessary operational costs.  For more than twenty years, I have enjoyed serving my clients and helping them to achieve their technology goals but I have also made a lot of lifetime friendships along the way.  

Kerissa Kuis, MBA, is the CEO and Founder of the University of Wellness. The University of Wellness was created to provide consumers with cutting-edge wellness education, services, retreats, and certifications. Her programs are offered live in Morgantown, West Virginia, at the new Mylan Park Aquatics Center and The University of Wellness home office at Coombs Farm.  They are also offered online and at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, Pa.    She is now getting her Doctorate in Executive Leadership from The University of Charleston in West Virginia and holds an international leadership coaching certification. She also completed her training in Disney's Approach to Leadership Excellence. Kerissa is a regular contributor to Forbes, MindBodyGreen, and Huffington Post and is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. 

Teresa J. Dumire is a Managing Attorney with the law firm of Kay Casto & Chaney whose practice focuses on construction litigation, insurance law, and the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims.  She holds many accolates, including: AV rating through Martindale Hubble; 2017 Lawyer of the Year in Insurance Law and the 2018 Lawyer of the Year in Construction Litigation in Morgantown by Best Lawyers; and West Virginia Super Lawyer.  She is the Secretary of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and serves on the WVU College of Law Visiting Committee.  She previously taught classes at the WVU College of Law and in the WVU Forensics Department. 

Career professional recruiter for 23 years.  Full life-cycle recruiting function with KeyLogic Systems since 2006.  Prior to joining KeyLogic, I was a Senior Recruiter for the Institute for Scientific Research in Fairmont, WV and a Recruiting Manager for Robert Half International in Pittsburgh, PA.
I received my Bachelor's Degree from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh.

I have a combined 10+ years of sales and account management experience in various industries. Started with radio station management and ad sales to industrial supplies to auto financing to currently in the mortgage industry. NMLS# 1583191

Based in Morgantown, W.Va., since 2007, she has experience with various venues and outdoor locations around North Central West Virginia including Bridgeport and Clarksburg, as well as the Pittsburgh and Washington, D.C. areas. Colleen is West Virginia’s first National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and has been leading wellbeing movements and teaching yoga for over 20 years. She has extensive experience leading comprehensive, integrated approaches to creating cultures of wellbeing. She created and directed Reebok International’s award-winning employee wellness program. She also directed the development of WELLWVU's liveWELL and leadWELL programs at West Virginia University, winning national and state grants and awards. Under her leadership, Greater Morgantown and West Virginia University became the first accredited Safe Community in the United States with a joint designation by the National Safety Council. Colleen has been teaching yoga since 1994 and weaves mindful approaches to whole person wellbeing into her work to give individuals and organizations practical tools to full fully optimize health, vitality, and connection.

I have devoted my professional life to great customer service. With a background of 17 years in customer service, and a personal weight loss journey, I found my passion in health coaching with Profile Plan. I get to combine customer service with a dedication to improving health and wellness within my community. Bethany Horneck is founder and president of Apis Creative. Since 1995, she has worked as a communications strategist, project manager, team leader, content developer, editor, and meeting and workshop facilitator. Hornbeck has worked in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She has also served on the board of directors for the National Association of Government Communicators, as an adult leader with Boy Scouts of America, and currently as a member of MAP’s Government Affairs Committee.

Breastfeeding for Busy Moms serves to fill the major gap in healthcare for lactating and postpartum families in north-central West Virginia. We have built a physical office that resembles the comfort of a home so parents and newborns can feel safe and comfortable while learning to breastfeed and troubleshoot feeding issues. Additionally, we provide postpartum/lactation visits where families can receive in-home care by trained postpartum professionals in those trying first weeks as new parents. We also offer a wide array of educational classes and workshops online as well as in-person.
